hey,

most of you clicking this link are probably coming from youtube, or, you've looked me up because your brain suddenly remembered i, or my work, existed- for better or worse. for the latter, i commend you- search engine optimization was never my forte.

this is a compilation of (almost) all my works, from the inception of ak-ultra in late 2016, to the death in late 2018. i was a weird fuckass kid at the time, and honestly i dont blame anyone, but man i do not like looking back at those years. people mistreating me, making fun of me, going through abuse was commonplace. but i can't say i was perfect, either. in fact, i deserved some of it for being so weird. nonetheless, this image of me that people had spoiled this work that i churned out. i had my fans- but people just kind of refused to listen because they found me annoying. on top of that, i would hear criticisms about how i "wasnt original" and that "i was a one-trick pony". very neat stuff. at the end of 2018, i took all my music down due to interpersonal quarrels and my want to disappear entirely. the only places you could find my music were- youtube, soulseek, and nightwave plaza in a limited quantity for each.

as the years went by, i would check these sources. and by 2020, i was surprised with how many people actually enjoyed my work. they had nice things to say. so i made this compilation, because even though you guys are a small handful of people, you mean a lot to me for showing me the appreciation i think i deserve- as weird a teenager i was at the time.

while these times may be bittersweet and weird to think about for me, i dedicate this compilation to people i've met in the past. whether we suddenly just stopped talking, or we ceased because of ugly fights- i wish you all the best, because i wouldn't be me today without you, as corny as that is.

i've gotten e-mails from buyers about wanting me to return- i can't say i want to. the ak-ultra name has been tarnished for a lot of people. i can say, however- i'm still online. you've probably talked to me, or heard some of my new music. i'll keep that mystery open for anyone. ;)

please do NOT buy druif nights LP off shikuramen garden. i haven't seen a penny from those royalties in 6 years. the person who ran the label ducked me last time i asked for them. if you're gonna buy, please buy the album here- there's LP, and so much more for you to enjoy
